Due to the nature of our products and regulations regarding cannabis sales, all sales are final. However, we will gladly address issues related to:
Defective or damaged products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace it or offer store credit.
Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
Opened or used cannabis products.
Edibles, pre-rolls, and other consumables.
Sale or clearance items.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
If your order meets the criteria for a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

Review and approval: Once we review your request, we will notify you of the outcome and next steps within 3 business days.
Resolution options: If approved, we will offer one of the following:
Replacement product.
Store credit for future purchases.
Important Notes:
We are unable to process returns or refunds for orders past 7 days of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued in the original method of payment.
